Are Labs Good Dogs...Or Not? Here Is the Real Deal!

Hi Readers,

A lot of people ask me about the Lab. After all, the Labrador Retriever is the number one most registered dog breed in the United States according to the American Kennel Club (AKC).

We have a
breed profile on the Lab. This profile tells you about the size and history of the breed. But the breed profile can only tell you so much.

We really wanted to give possible Lab owners a better understanding of the Lab. Are they good for families with kids? Are they aggressive? Do they shed a lot? Do they bark a lot?

Read the real and honest
answers from over 450 Lab owners . We don't want to discourage anyone from getting a dog. But we want the right match.

Find out if a Lab is right for you!

Regards,

Dr. Jon

P.S. Do you know the top 10 breeds? See our list. Go to
